This is a very recent purchase, therefore, i have only used it a couple of times but am already impressed with the overall appearance of the machine and its programs. The machine is quite sturdy, simplicit to use and easily maneuvered to whatever area you desire. With initial uses I immediately noticed there is some affect to my joints as i physically felt this (during & after) especially as the program i used, intensified. Since i have only used the machine a couple of times i am looking forward to further use and seeing what difference, if any, it will make.
